Payments

Payment methods

Customers can choose from the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (prepayment) - to the Seller's account specified in the order confirmation.
• Online payment via PayU (BLIK, fast bank transfer, payment card) - for orders in PLN.
• Online payment via Revolut (payment card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• Cash on delivery - only within Poland, when the "cash on delivery" shipping method is selected.
• Bank transfer with a deferred payment term (14 days) - only for customers with Gold or Platinum status.

Payment must be completed within 3 calendar days from the date of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller. For online payments, order processing begins after the Seller receives confirmation of successful payment authorization from the payment operator.

Currency

The currency of payment depends on the country of delivery: PLN - Poland, GBP - United Kingdom, USD - United States, EUR - other European Union countries and the rest of the world. The currency changes automatically with the choice of the delivery country. Prices in currencies other than PLN are converted at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland.

Proof of payment

Each purchase is documented with proof of payment:

• Customers in Poland receive a fiscal receipt or, upon request, a VAT invoice.
• International customers receive a VAT invoice issued in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

Security

All transactions are processed through secure SSL-encrypted connections. The store does not store credit or debit card information.
