Time limit for withdrawal

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a withdrawal statement before the 14-day period expires.

The withdrawal statement may be submitted in writing to the postal address of the Seller, or electronically to biuro@ringsen.com.

Return shipping costs

The customer bears the cost of returning the goods, including direct costs such as packaging, securing and shipping the product back to the Seller.

Returning the goods and refund

  • The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer, or a third party indicated by them (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.
  • The consumer must return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day of submitting the withdrawal statement. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before it expires.
  • The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, and may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless another method is expressly agreed that involves no additional costs for the consumer.
  • The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from using them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning:

  • goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized,
  • goods that have been opened or used and cannot be resold as new,
  • goods that, for hygienic or technical reasons, cannot be returned once opened.

Business customers (B2B)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by business customers, unless the entrepreneur qualifies as a consumer under Polish law (Article 38a of the Consumer Rights Act).
