Description

The High-Pressure Seal 57.15x76.12x9.53 BAKHDSN NBR is a specialist sealing element used in hydraulic engines. Thanks to its design, this seal can withstand high pressure, making it an ideal solution for hydrokinetic drives. This seal is characterized by an open metal insert on the front side, which provides a stable contact surface. This design protects the seal from deformation under pressure, which is crucial for maintaining its functionality. The seal is made of NBR, or nitrile rubber. This material is known for its durability and resistance to various external factors. The maximum working pressure of the seal is 150 bar, while the average working pressure is 100 bar. The maximum linear speed it can withstand is 2 m/s. It's worth noting that seals marked with the symbols BAHD, BAHDSN, and BAKHDSN are interchangeable and can be used interchangeably in the same applications. This means that regardless of the specific model, each of them will be able to perform its task. This product is designed to work in difficult conditions, where high reliability and durability of the seal are required. Thanks to its properties, the 57.15x76.12x9.53 BAKHDSN NBR seal can meet even the most demanding challenges.

Material

NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber)

  • Operating temperature-30 °C to +100 °C

Good with oils, fuels, water and compressed air. Not for brake fluid, solvents, strong acids or sunlight.

Chemical resistance
Can be usedDo not use
Mineral oil, grease and hydraulic oil (H, H-L, H-LP)Brake fluid (DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 5.1): the ring swells quickly
Diesel, fuel oil, keroseneSunlight and open air (ozone): the rubber cracks
Petrol (gasoline), propane, butaneAcetone, MEK, ethyl acetate and similar solvents
Water and water-based liquids, up to +80 °CBenzene, toluene, trichloroethylene (aromatic and chlorinated solvents)
Compressed air, also with oil mistSynthetic ester oils and fire-resistant fluid HFD-R
Water-based fire-resistant hydraulic fluids (HFA, HFB, HFC)Strong (concentrated) acids, e.g. nitric and sulfuric, and strong oxidizers
Oil-and-water emulsionsSteam and hot water above +100 °C
Weak acids, alkalis and salt solutions, at room temperature
Use with cautionPetrol with a lot of bioethanol (E10, E85): better use FKM (Viton)
