Piston seal KGD 80x62x22,5

Double-acting KGD piston seal, dimensions 80×62×22,5 mm, manufactured by Aston Seals (Italy). It consists of a sealing ring made of NBR nitrile rubber with a hardness of 75 ShA, two anti-extrusion rings made of SEALITE polyester resin with a hardness of 63 ShD and two guide rings made of BEARITE acetal material reinforced with glass fibre. Thanks to this construction, the seal provides effective sealing, control of the medium flow and proper guidance of the piston in the hydraulic cylinder. Design features: double-acting piston profile, three sealing edges providing stable sealing, anti-extrusion rings eliminating the risk of extrusion, guide rings stabilising the piston and distributing forces evenly, easy installation on a one-piece piston.
