The WPM wiper ring is designed to protect the glands of hydraulic cylinders against external contamination. It prevents mud, water and dirt from penetrating the system, protecting the seals and the piston rod surface against accelerated wear. Design and function: The wiper is made of oil-resistant NBR rubber set in a steel case, which ensures a secure and durable fit in the housing. The design allows installation by press-fitting into the housing, which guarantees a firm hold also under difficult operating conditions. The flexible rubber lip fits precisely against the piston rod surface, effectively removing contamination and moisture during cylinder operation. Application: hydraulic cylinder glands, mechanizmy robocze w maszynach budowlanych i rolniczych, systems exposed to mud, dust and water.
