The Z-07 wiper ring is a two-component sealing element intended to protect the working assemblies of hydraulic cylinders against the ingress of external contamination. The Z-07 profile consists of a polyurethane working part and a steel case (metal cage), which gives the element rigidity and ensures a firm, stable seating in the seat by interference fit. The working part is made of polyurethane (PU) of 94 Shore A hardness, characterised by high resistance to abrasion and to weather, mud, dust and water. The steel case is vulcanised with a polyurethane insert, forming a durable, monolithic element. Installation is done by pressing the wiper into an open seat (interference fit), which eliminates the need for additional fixing elements. The Z-07 wiper is used primarily on pins and journals in the eyes of hydraulic cylinders, where it protects the lubricated space from dirt and moisture getting in. Typical areas of application include construction machinery, agricultural equipment and other machines working in conditions of intense dust, mud and vibration. Thanks to its compact dimensions it can also be used to protect bearings, bushings and joints lubricated with solid grease.
