The Z-07 wiper ring is specially designed to protect the internal parts of hydraulic cylinders against contamination, mud and moisture. It is most often used on pins or journals in the cylinder eyes to prevent dirt from getting into the lubricated space. Design and function: The wiper is made of durable polyurethane (PU), which increases its abrasion resistance, and the steel case provides rigidity of the design and effective fixing in the seat. The Z-07 design allows it to be seated stably even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration. In operation the ring effectively removes contamination from the moving surfaces, protecting the bushings and the grease from degradation.
