The Z-07 wiper ring is used as protection against the ingress of dirt, mud and moisture into the working parts of hydraulic cylinders. It is most often fitted on pins or journals in the cylinder eyes, where it prevents dirt from getting into the lubricated space. The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, seated in a steel case that provides rigidity and a firm hold in the seat. The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be pressed into the housing, which ensures a stable fit even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration.
