Grease HYVA 100.01.030

HYVA 100.01.030 assembly grease (Packset-grease) lubricates and protects the working surfaces when seal packs are fitted in hydraulic cylinders. Original HYVA product, supplied in an 80 ml pack. The grease is based on heavy hydrodesulfurized naphtha (petroleum), which forms a protective coating on the fitted components. Its characteristic red colour makes coverage easy to check — you can quickly see whether the whole required surface is evenly coated before assembly. The grease can be applied with a brush or a spray gun. It is fully soluble in hydraulic oil, so any residue that gets into the system does not contaminate it or clog the filters. It is used to protect the surfaces under seals, wiper rings and wear rings immediately before assembly. It reduces the resistance when sealing elements are fitted, limiting the risk of mechanical damage during installation. It also protects against corrosion while the assembled units are stored.
