Rod seal K33 37x47x8

The K33-037 PU sealing ring is a unidirectional piston rod seal designed for hydraulic cylinders. The K33 profile features an asymmetrical arrangement of sealing lips — the inner lip is shorter than the outer lip, and an additional sealing lip on the wiper side limits the ingress of dirt particles into the system. The ring is installed in a closed groove in the cylinder housing and works directly against the piston rod surface. The seal is made of thermoplastic polyurethane (PU, material code PU9401), which offers good abrasion resistance and a wide operating range with mineral oils and fire-resistant fluids HFA and HFC. The profile is designed for single-acting operation at pressures up to 400 bar and at a rod speed of up to 0,5 m/s. Typical applications include construction machinery, forklifts, agricultural machinery, loading platforms and standard industrial cylinders.
