WEICON Anti-Friction Spray MoS2 – dry lubricant and anti-seize coating A dry, grease-free lubricant based on molybdenum disulphide, made for extreme operating conditions. It forms a durable, clean protective coating that reduces friction, stops squeaking and quietens machine noise. Because the lubricating film stays completely dry, it does not pick up dust, powder or dirt, which prevents damaging abrasive pastes from forming. The product offers extreme pressure (EP) resistance and outstanding thermal stability. It is ideal wherever conventional oils or greases cannot be used because of the risk of contamination or because the conditions are too harsh. Key advantages: Excellent lubrication: a high content of MoS2 particles ensures very good sliding properties. Clean, resistant coating: the dry film repels water, dirt and dust and is highly resistant to oils, greases and aggressive chemicals. Better running-in: shortens and eases the running-in of newly fitted plain bearings, gears and other friction pairs. Excellent adhesion: adheres very well to metals, most plastics and wood.
