Design and function: The wiper is made of oil-resistant NBR rubber mounted in a steel case that ensures a secure and durable fit in the housing. The design is intended to be press-fitted into the housing, which guarantees firm retention even under intensive operation. The flexible rubber lip fits closely against the piston rod surface and effectively cleans it of dirt and moisture during the working stroke of the cylinder.
