The WPM wiper ring is designed to protect the glands of hydraulic cylinders against external contamination. It protects against mud, water and dirt getting in, protecting the seals and the piston rod surface against accelerated wear. Design and function: The wiper consists of oil-resistant NBR rubber placed in a steel case, which ensures a durable and stable fit in the housing. The design is intended for fixing by press-fitting, which ensures strong retention even in difficult operating conditions. The flexible rubber lip fits precisely against the piston rod surface, effectively removing contamination and moisture during the working stroke of the cylinder. Application: hydraulic cylinder glands, working mechanisms of construction and agricultural machinery, systems exposed to mud, dust and water.
