The WPM wiper ring is designed to protect the glands of hydraulic cylinders against contamination from the surroundings. Its task is to eliminate the risk of mud, water or dirt getting into the system, which helps protect the seals and the piston rod surface against accelerated wear. Design and function: This ring is made of oil-resistant NBR rubber set in a solid steel case. This design ensures a secure placement and fastening in the housing, as well as an excellent hold even when working under demanding conditions. The flexible rubber lip fits tightly against the piston rod surface, effectively removing contamination and excess moisture from it during cylinder operation.
