The WPM 80x88x5/7 NBR+Stal wiper ring is designed to protect the glands of hydraulic cylinders against external contamination. It prevents mud, water and dirt from entering the system, protecting the seals and the piston rod surface against accelerated wear. Design and function: The wiper is made of oil-resistant NBR rubber set in a steel case, ensuring a durable fit in the housing. The design is intended to be press-fitted into the housing, which ensures a firm hold even under intensive operation. The flexible rubber lip fits precisely against the piston rod surface, effectively cleaning it of dirt and moisture during the working stroke of the cylinder. Application: hydraulic cylinder glands, working mechanisms of construction and agricultural machinery, systems exposed to mud, dust and water.
