Wiper Z-07 120x150x12 PU+Stal

The Z-07 wiper ring is used for protection against the ingress of dirt, mud and moisture into the working parts of hydraulic cylinders. Most often fitted on pins or journals in the cylinder eyes, it prevents dirt from getting into the lubricated space. The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, seated in a steel case that provides rigidity and a stable hold in the seat. The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be pressed into the housing, which ensures a stable fit even in difficult environmental conditions. It effectively removes dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and the grease inside from degradation. Application includes pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery, and mechanisms lubricated with solid grease and exposed to contact with mud and dust.
