The Z-07 wiper ring is intended for protection against the ingress of dirt, mud and moisture into the working parts of hydraulic cylinders. It is most often used on pins or journals in the cylinder eyes, where it effectively prevents dirt from getting into the lubricated space. This wiper, made of polyurethane (PU) characterised by high abrasion resistance, is seated in a steel case, which provides its rigidity and a solid hold in the seat. The Z-07 profile design allows the wiper to be pressed into the housing, which guarantees a stable fit even in conditions of intense dust and vibration. In operation it thoroughly removes dirt from the moving surface, thereby protecting the bushings and the grease from degradation. Application of the ring includes pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder eyes used in construction and agricultural machinery, and mechanisms lubricated with solid grease that are exposed to mud and dust.
