The Z-07 wiper ring is designed as effective protection against the ingress of dirt, mud and moisture into the working parts of hydraulic cylinders. It is often fitted on pins or journals in the cylinder eyes, where it effectively prevents dirt from getting into the lubricated space. This wiper is made of polyurethane (PU), which is characterised by high abrasion resistance. The working element is seated in a steel case, which provides its rigidity and a stable hold in the seat. Thanks to the Z-07 design, the wiper can be easily pressed into the housing, allowing it to be fixed stably in various conditions, including heavy dust and vibration. In operation it effectively removes dirt from the moving surface, thereby protecting the bushings and the grease from degradation.
