Description
The High-Pressure Simmering 35x52x7 BAHD NBR is a specialist sealing element that is used in hydraulic engines. Thanks to its construction, this simmering is able to withstand high working pressure, making it an ideal solution for hydrokinetic drives. This simmering is characterized by an open metal insert on the front side, which provides a stable contact surface. Such a construction protects the simmering from deformation under pressure, which is crucial for maintaining its full functionality. The product is made of NBR, or nitrile rubber. This is a material with high resistance to oils and greases, making it ideal for use in hydraulic engines. The maximum working pressure of the simmering is 150 bar, while the average working pressure is 100 bar. The maximum linear speed it can withstand is 2 m/s. It's worth noting that simmerings marked with the symbols BAHD, BAHDSN, and BAKHDSN are interchangeable and can be used interchangeably in the same applications. This means that regardless of the specific model, each of them will be able to perform its task under similar conditions. This product is designed to work in difficult conditions, where high reliability and durability of the seal are required. As a result, this is a simmering that you can rely on in the most demanding applications.
Material
NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber)
- Operating temperature-30 °C to +100 °C
Good with oils, fuels, water and compressed air. Not for brake fluid, solvents, strong acids or sunlight.
| Can be used | Do not use |
|---|---|
| Mineral oil, grease and hydraulic oil (H, H-L, H-LP) | Brake fluid (DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 5.1): the ring swells quickly |
| Diesel, fuel oil, kerosene | Sunlight and open air (ozone): the rubber cracks |
| Petrol (gasoline), propane, butane | Acetone, MEK, ethyl acetate and similar solvents |
| Water and water-based liquids, up to +80 °C | Benzene, toluene, trichloroethylene (aromatic and chlorinated solvents) |
| Compressed air, also with oil mist | Synthetic ester oils and fire-resistant fluid HFD-R |
| Water-based fire-resistant hydraulic fluids (HFA, HFB, HFC) | Strong (concentrated) acids, e.g. nitric and sulfuric, and strong oxidizers |
| Oil-and-water emulsions | Steam and hot water above +100 °C |
| Weak acids, alkalis and salt solutions, at room temperature | |
| Use with cautionPetrol with a lot of bioethanol (E10, E85): better use FKM (Viton) | |
Shows low compression set within the recommended temperature range.
