The Z-07 wiper ring is used as protection against the ingress of dirt, mud and moisture into the working parts of hydraulic cylinders. Installation is most often on pins or journals in the cylinder eyes, where it effectively prevents dirt from getting into the lubricated space. The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU), a material characterised by high abrasion resistance, seated in a steel case. This design provides rigidity and a firm hold of the ring in the seat. The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be easily pressed into the housing, which guarantees a stable fit even in difficult conditions such as heavy dust and vibration. In operation it effectively removes dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and the grease from degradation. Application includes pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery, as well as mechanisms lubricated with solid grease that are exposed to mud and dust. The materials used in production include polyurethane (PU) for the working part and steel for the case. The product is characterised by strong, firm seating in the seat and effective protection of the grease and working surfaces, and replacing it is a simple service operation.
