The Z-07 wiper ring serves as protection against contamination, mud and moisture getting into the working parts of hydraulic cylinders. It is most often used on pins or journals in the cylinder eyes, effectively protecting the lubricated space from contamination. Design and function: The wiper is made of polyurethane (PU) with high abrasion resistance, which ensures its durability. It is seated in a steel case, which guarantees rigidity and a solid hold in the seat. The Z-07 design allows a firm seating in the housing, even in difficult environmental conditions such as heavy dust and vibration. In service it effectively removes dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and the inside of the cylinder from degradation.
