The Z-07 wiper ring is used as a barrier preventing dirt, mud and moisture from getting into the working parts of hydraulic cylinders. It is often fitted on pins or journals in the cylinder eyes, where it protects the lubricated space from dirt. Design and function: The wiper is made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane (PU), seated in a steel case for durability and stability. The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be pressed directly into the housing, which ensures a solid fit even in conditions of heavy dust and vibration. In operation it effectively removes dirt from the moving surface, protecting the bushings and the internal grease from damage. Application: pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery, mechanisms lubricated with solid grease and exposed to mud and dust.
