The PSQ 100x84,5x6,3 piston seal (code: PSQ 1000 0845 063 DN) is used in double-acting hydraulic cylinders. Construction: sliding ring made of D0 polyurethane (TPU 98 ShA), NBR rubber O-ring. Principle of operation: The rubber ring expands the sliding ring, pressing it against the cylinder surface (cylinder tube). Thanks to the symmetrical profile with two sealing lips, the seal provides tightness in both directions of piston movement. Material and operating data: D0 polyurethane – hardness 98 ShA: high abrasion resistance, low compression set. NBR O-ring: resistant to hydraulic oils and mineral greases.
