Rod seal K35 63x73,7x4,2

The K35 rod seal, size 63x73,7x4,2 mm, is a single-acting piston rod seal designed for use in hydraulic systems. The profile consists of two cooperating elements: the sealing ring itself and an energizing ring. The sealing (profile) ring is made of a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) composite with bronze, which provides a low coefficient of friction, no stick-slip (frictional vibration on start-up) and high chemical and thermal resistance. The energizing element is a rubber O-ring seated in the seal groove, which exerts constant pressure on the sealing edge, ensuring sealing of the system also under pressureless conditions and at low pressures. The K35 profile geometry has a reduced axial height, which allows the dimensions of the mounting groove in the cylinder gland to be reduced. The PTFE-bronze composite limits mechanical wear and allows operation at high linear travel speeds in mineral oils and fire-resistant fluids.
