The WPM wiper ring has been designed to protect the glands of hydraulic cylinders against external contamination. It protects the system against the ingress of mud, water and dirt, and also protects the seals and the piston rod surface against excessive wear. Design and function: The wiper is made of NBR rubber, whose oil resistance is further reinforced by a steel case. The steel structure ensures a stable and durable fit of the seal in the housing. The flexible rubber lip fits closely against the piston rod and effectively removes contamination and moisture during the working stroke of the cylinder. Application: hydraulic cylinder glands, working mechanisms of construction and agricultural machinery, systems exposed to mud, dust and water.
