The Z-07 wiper ring is a specialised sealing element that protects against the ingress of dirt, mud and moisture into the inside of hydraulic cylinders. It is most often used on pins or journals located in the cylinder eyes. Its main function is to prevent dirt from getting into the lubricated space. Design and function: The Z-07 wiper is made of abrasion-resistant polyurethane (PU) and has a steel case. This design provides rigidity and a firm hold of the wiper in the seat. The Z-07 design allows the wiper to be fixed by pressing it into the housing. Such a solution ensures a stable fit even in conditions of a lot of dust and vibration. In operation it effectively removes dirt from the moving surface, thereby protecting the bushings and the grease from degradation. Application: pins and hinges of hydraulic cylinders, cylinder eyes in construction and agricultural machinery, and mechanisms lubricated with solid grease and exposed to mud and dust.
